These terms apply to all purchases of Furya merchandise from Furya Consulting, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) owned by Berat Onur Ersen, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 42100958, VAT ID NL005492202B97, Cees Sipkeslaan 306, [postcode] [city], the Netherlands. We sell band merchandise, such as printed canvas tote bags, at our concerts and online through payment links. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; small differences in colour or print are possible because each item is screen printed.
All prices are in euros and include 21% Dutch VAT. Shipping costs for online orders are shown before you pay. The price shown at the moment of payment applies.
Payments are processed by Mollie B.V. We accept contactless card and phone payments (Tap to Pay), iDEAL | Wero and the other methods shown at checkout. A purchase is complete once the payment is confirmed. We never receive or store your full card details.
Items bought in person are handed over immediately after payment. Please check your item before you leave the merch table. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in person.
Online orders are shipped within the Netherlands within 5 working days after payment, unless stated otherwise. If an item is out of stock after you paid, we refund you in full within 14 days.
For online orders you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after you receive the item. Tell us by email at info@furyagroup.nl. Return the item unused and in its original condition within 14 days after notifying us. Return shipping costs are yours. We refund the purchase price and the original standard shipping costs within 14 days after receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used.
If an item is defective or not what you ordered, email info@furyagroup.nl with your name, date of purchase and a photo, within a reasonable time after you notice the problem. We will repair, replace or refund the item. Your statutory rights under Dutch law always apply.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned, except where Dutch law does not allow this limitation.
The Furya name, logo and designs are protected trademarks and copyrighted works of Berat Onur Ersen. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you live outside the Netherlands, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the moment of your purchase applies to that purchase.
